At LES Collection, we curate unique pieces for your home and want you to be delighted with every acquisition. If a piece does not meet your expectations, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at hello@lescollection.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original professional gallery packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit; items damaged due to poor packing are ineligible for refunds.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned piece and confirm its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
